The Golf Club Memberships Sales Manager, Madinaty plays a vital role in driving membership sales and revenue growth for the golf club.

This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve membership sales targets and enhance the overall member experience.

Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to drive membership sales growth.
  • Identify and target potential members through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing club members to ensure high member satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
  • Conduct tours of the club facilities and effectively communicate the value proposition of the membership.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address member inquiries and concerns.
  • Track and analyze membership sales data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, golf club best practices, and emerging sales techniques to continually improve sales performance.
  • Create and execute sales plans, which involve setting sales targets, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team performance and monitor achieved sales figures.
  • Evaluate the sales team's activities, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the golf or hospitality industry.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in sales, with a focus on membership sales.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for golf.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalized experience to potential and existing members.
