As a key member of our fitting department, you’ll deliver a personalized and professional experience to golfers of all skill levels—helping them find the perfect clubs to elevate their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive custom club fittings using launch monitors and fitting tools (GCQuad)
- Analyze swing data and ball flight to recommend optimal head and shaft combinations, custom fit to their needs and price range.
- Provide detailed, honest, and education-driven consultations to customers
- Maintain a deep understanding of current golf equipment, technology, and trends
- Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, expertise, and a commitment to improving their game
- Maintain fitting bays, tools, and inventory to the highest professional standard
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Prior experience in custom golf fitting or a related golf industry role preferred
- Strong knowledge of golf equipment, brands, and fitting principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interpret launch monitor data and communicate findings clearly
- Passion for golf and helping others play their best
- Availability to work weekends and peak retail hours
- PGA certification is a plus, but not required
