We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Golf Cart Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for helping customers find the right golf cart and accessories to fit their needs while providing an exceptional buying experience from initial inquiry through delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting golf carts, parts, and accessories.
- Respond to phone, email, website, and social media inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Demonstrate golf cart features and benefits.
- Prepare quotes and sales paperwork.
- Follow up with leads and past customers.
- Maintain knowledge of available inventory and product offerings.
- Assist with merchandising and showroom organization.
- Support marketing events, promotions, and community outreach efforts.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Interest in outdoor recreation, golf carts, powersports, or automotive sales is a plus.
