- A passionate golfer
- Loves customer service, sales and communications, with proven experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication of the highest level
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Event management qualifications / experience
- Digital marketing experience: CRM / website maintenance / social marketing
- Trade or design qualifications / experience
- Contacts in the building, architecture, events or golf industry
- Great computer and software skills / experience
- You will handle incoming inquiries from the most successful private individuals, building companies, golf clubs, architects and others looking to install the ultimate golf simulator in their homes or businesses.
- Responsible for our entire customer service experience, from first phone call or meeting to completion and follow up, making sure this is world class
- Potential outbound calls to golf coaches, golf clubs, resorts, architects, builders for golf simulators
Responsible for meet / greet and welcoming customers - Event management
- Be involved in outbound marketing communications, website updates, from our CRM to educate and excite the market on golf simulators
