Working in golf services can be special due to the combination of the unique environment, passionate community, variety of tasks, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Anticipated Hours/Week: Up to 40, with part-time potions available.
Employment Dates: Year-round (seasonal position available)
Compensation: $12.50 per hour, plus potential bonus structure
Benefits: Meals provided (Lunch and/or Dinner) while working. Uniform allowance. Playing privileges available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties shall include but not be limited to:
Saucon Valley Country Club is a beautiful and unique club retreat spanning 850 acres, offering exceptional recreation and social experiences with an emphasis on golf. We offer our membership 60 holes of golf with three championship courses, a six-hole Short Course, 8 indoor and outdoor dining venues, four swimming pools, an outstanding racquets and fitness facility and a 13-bedroom 18th century Guest House for overnight lodging. Through eight major USGA events, Saucon Valley Country Club has attained an enduring national stature. The Old, Grace and Weyhill Courses have each been ranked in the Top 100 golf courses in the country.

- Provides the highest level of service to Club members and guests.
- Knowledgeable of members and anticipates their needs.
- Ensures Member experiences at SVCC meet or exceed their expectations.
- Support of the overall Total Golf Experience.
- Assist with receiving and preparing merchandise to be displayed.
- Ensure all merchandise on the floor is properly displayed.
- Administer point of sales transactions for all Members and Guests.
- Daily reconciliation of cash drawers.
- Answer phone calls.
- Assist members with making tee time reservations.

- Excellent communication and member service skill.
- High attention for detail and great organizational skill.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
- Position requires standing for long periods of time.
- Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
- Requires communicating effectively with members, guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
