Modern Golf was founded in 2011 and has established a reputation as Canada’s premier golf development experience. With multiple locations in Canada, a brand agnostic approach to golf club-fitting, a 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art headquarters including a PGA Tour caliber workshop, and some of Canada’s finest PGA golf instructors, Modern Golf exists to provide a demonstrable improvement to every client’s golf game.
WHO YOU ARE
Modern Golf is looking for a vibrant person to join our team. New positions have opened up at our location in Richmond, BC, which need to be filled ASAP. We are looking for someone to ensure all clients receive the service and experience that separates Modern Golf from its competitors.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintaining the cleanliness of the retail shop
Communicating with clients through phone and email regarding appointments, in store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-ups
Resolve customer service issues and partner with upper management on issues outside of guidelines
Perform floor replenishment of merchandise, visual merchandising, price changes, and relates sales support tasks
Participating in inventory control
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

- Weekends only
- 8 hour shift
- golf/ sporting goods: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
