As the primary point of contact for golf events—including corporate tournaments, charity outings, group play, and promotional programs—the Golf Sales Manager delivers an exceptional, seamless experience from initial inquiry through event execution. Success in this role comes from strong collaboration across Resort Sales, Convention Services, Marketing, and Golf Operations, ensuring every event maximizes participation, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
Beyond sales, this leader plays an active role in shaping the overall success of the golf operation—supporting on-site execution as needed and partnering closely with the Director of Golf Operations to achieve and exceed annual revenue, profitability, and performance goals. With a sharp focus on innovation, service, and results, the Golf Sales and Operations Manager helps position the golf experience as a premier offering within the resort.
