This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin, sales, and customer service experience to make their mark in a unique and rewarding role—building guest relationships, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless experience for every golf group that visits.
About the Role
As the Golf Package Sales Administration, you'll be the key point of contact for golf package guests—from first inquiry to check-out. You’ll coordinate bookings, promote club offerings, support the Guest Services Team, and liaise with key departments to ensure every guest receives a smooth, memorable experience.

Located on the stunning Murray River in Echuca Moama, Rich River Golf Club is a premier sporting and hospitality destination. With two 18-hole championship golf courses, bowling greens, croquet and tennis courts, and a 63-room motel complex soon expanding with an additional 4 star motel, we offer a vibrant and growing environment.
Our modern clubhouse includes multiple dining options, private event spaces, a sports bar, gaming lounge, mini golf course, and live entertainment. We are proud to have hosted the 2023 NSW Open and are excited about our continued growth and development.

About the Role
As the Golf Package Sales Administration, you'll be the key point of contact for golf package guests—from first inquiry to check-out. You’ll coordinate bookings, promote club offerings, support the Guest Services Team, and liaise with key departments to ensure every guest receives a smooth, memorable experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing golf package inquiries, bookings, and guest communications
Promoting new and existing packages to previous clients
Identifying upselling opportunities and promoting club memberships
Delivering high levels of service from pre-arrival through to departure
Assisting reception with guest check-ins, check-outs, and accurate billing
Supporting administrative tasks tied to bookings and guest services
Liaising with internal teams like the Pro Shop and Functions to coordinate experiences
Experience in an administrative or reception-based role (ideally in hospitality or tourism)
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent communication and a professional phone manner
High attention to detail and accuracy with bookings and guest transactions
Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in a team
A welcoming and engaging approach with guests and colleagues alike
