The Grange Golf Club is seeking a Golf Shop Retail Supervisor to join our team. The Club manages all Golf Professional Services and you will have the opportunity to work in a newly refurbished Golf Shop.
Founded in 1926, The Grange Golf Club is one of Australia’s premier golf clubs with two internationally rated 18-hole championship golf courses, both ranked in the top 50 golf courses in Australia and an award-winning hospitality venue. The Club is thriving with 110,000 rounds of golf played annually and a growing waitlist for membership.

Key Responsibilities of the role
Reporting to the Director of Golf, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide an exceptional retail experience to our members and guests, contributing to retail sales
- Shop inventory reporting, control and ordering
- Special orders for members and guests
- Offer expert advice on equipment repairs
- Organise retail promotions and advertising with the club marketing department
- Assist in monthly member communications to members from the Golf Shop
- Data entry and stock-taking responsibilities
- Submit reports/reconciliations to relevant departments as required
- Assist with member and visitor enquiries in relation to golf bookings, timesheet management, coaching services and Club events
- Assist with administration tasks relating to golf operations and coaching
- Weekend and public holiday work will be required
- A passion for providing high quality member service and a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Professionalism and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with members, guests, staff and stakeholders
- Drive and enthusiasm to make a positive difference to members’ and guests’ experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to continual improvement
- PGA Members are welcome to apply
- Private member club experience preferred
- Northstar and MiClub experience preferred
