We are currently hiring for a Golf Retail Supervisor to join our team at Carton House.




Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling quest inquiries and lead requests for groups.
  • Provide strategic support and leadership to your team to ensure the delivery of Fairmont's service standards.
  • To have full retail knowledge of products and prices charged.
  • Oversea the daily set up, opening and closing of the golf shop ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Develop a retail strategy to match the needs of various customer markets.
  • Provide a high level of service to all members and customers ensuring that financial targets are attained.
  • Ensure all golf reservation enquiries are handled in a professional manner.
  • Develop incentives to increase revenue and achieve golf shop targets.
  • Assist with administration duties such as purchasing, receiving and inventory.



The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills/project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate within a highly pressurized and fast paced environment and work on your own initiative.
  • Good presentation and influencing skills.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and a pro-active approach.
  • Adaptable and enjoys a variety of different tasks
  • Strong team working skills and able to work effectively and both manage and contribute to a team.
