The Golf Retail Manager reports directly to the Director of Golf and is responsible for the effective seven day a week operation and management of the Golf Shop and associated services befitting of a premier private golf club.

The following key qualities are essential.
Minimum 3 Years Retail Management Experience in a similar role - Golf Industry experience is preferred.
Excellent Customer Service and Organisational Skills.
Strong attention to detail and merchandising experience preferred.
Ability to manage a large stock inventory efficiently.
Ability to confidently train and manage the retail aspects of our team.
Ability to embrace challenges and deliver exceptional service and results.
Strong knowledge of golf retail products preferred but not essential.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and mange time efficiently.
Ability to work hands on, independently and within a team environment.
Strong business acumen and financial skills.
Experience with Northstar Club Management Software and MiClub Golf Management Software preferred but not essential.
Comply with the Work, Health and Safety policies and requirements
First Aid Certificate preferred but not essential.
