Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their visit experience
- Assist customers in selecting golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and other retail items with knowledgeable recommendations
- Handle register operations accurately, including member billing payments and giving correct change
- Support event management activities such as tournaments or group outings by coordinating schedules and guest needs
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, addressing concerns promptly to maintain a positive environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail shop area to ensure an inviting shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth daily operations and special event execution
- Must be available to work morning or evening hours.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills suitable for guest interactions
- Ability to handle member billing transactions accurately and responsibly
- Experience in conflict management and resolving guest concerns effectively
- Background in retail merchandising is a plus
- Providing guest services in a resort or hospitality setting is beneficial
- Additional skills such as golf knowledge
