Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
- Provide knowledgeable advice on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
- Process sales, bookings, and payments through POS systems
- Maintain merchandising standards and stock presentation
- Assist with tee-time management and competition support
- Support the Golf Manager with general pro shop and course-related tasks
- Strong knowledge of golf — equipment, brands, and the game
- Previous retail or sales experience
- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using POS and basic computer software
- Able to work weekends or tournament days when required
