This is a golf related role. Golf experience is highly regarded for this position.
Some daytime availability is a must as well as weekend availability.
Candidates must be 19 years of age or older to apply due to liquor licensing legislation.

Our shop has taken off and we need an extra bit of assistance, primarily in the golf shop. You will also assist with service of food, beverages and golf simulator assistance.

We are an all-ages recreational facility offering golf simulators, mini-golf, food and beverage, NL's biggest indoor golf league, and a golf retail area.

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about working with people, possess a great attitude and initiative, and either have a strong customer service background or experience working in hospitality or golf, or the attitude to enjoy learning on the job and pick up concepts quickly.

• Providing a world-class, friendly, engaging impression to every guest.
• Support your shift partners/co-workers to ensure efficiency and effectiveness at carrying out duties and the best service possible.
• Consistently check in on guests and seek opportunities to offer hospitality to our guests and team members.
• Assist with everyday tasks in the shop, including cleaning up, merchandising, inventory, marketing, etc.
• Take and fulfill food and beverage orders.
• Answering the phone to handle reservations and guest inquiries.
• Tee time management.
• Maintaining a clean and organized facility to a high standard.
• Ensure prompt, friendly greeting of each guest upon entry.
• Introduce our guests to our equipment, facility, menus, and events/leagues.
• Set up simulators according to golfers' needs.
• Troubleshoot simulators and ensure players can make the most of their time.
• Be professional, organized, and able to adapt quickly to the work pace as needed.
• Opening and closing duties.
• Make the most of any downtime by preparing for incoming bookings, ensuring check-out times stay on pace, and stocking fridges and supplies when time allows.
• Other duties as assigned.
