About the role
Apexlynx LeisureSport (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Golf Reservation Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the reservations for our prestigious golf club, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued members and guests.
What you'll be doing

Handling all incoming golf reservation requests through various channels (phone, email, online platform)
[*]
Coordinating tee-time availability and allocations to effectively manage the golf course schedule
[*]
Providing excellent customer service to members and guests, addressing any queries or concerns promptly
[*]
Maintaining accurate records and data on golf bookings and member utilisation
[*]
Assisting with the planning and execution of golf tournaments and events
[*]
Collaborating with the golf operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient reservation process
[*]
Identifying opportunities to enhance the reservation system and customer experience
What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members, guests, and colleagues
[*]
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple reservations simultaneously
[*]
Proficient in using reservation management software and Microsoft Office suite
[*]
