Our platform helps players discover best-fit college golf programs, research schools, connect with college coaches, and make informed decisions throughout their recruiting journey.
We're expanding our reach across the junior golf industry and looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to help us build relationships with golf academies, junior golf tours, coaches, and prospective customers.
Position Overview
We're seeking a part-time Outreach & Partnerships Representative to help introduce Nexus to potential partners and customers.
Your primary responsibility will be conducting outreach, following up with prospects, and scheduling consultations with our founding team.
You will not be responsible for conducting product demonstrations or closing sales. Our founders handle consultations, negotiations, and closing.
This is a flexible, remote opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands the golf industry, and wants to be part of a growing startup.

Responsibilities
- Contact golf academies, junior golf tours, coaches, and other potential partners through email, phone, and social media.
- Introduce Nexus and explain the value our platform provides to junior golfers and families.
- Schedule qualified consultations with our founding team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication.
- Help generate new users and paying subscribers through outreach efforts.
- Track outreach activity, responses, and scheduled consultations.
- Work directly with the founders to improve outreach strategies.
- Lists of prospective academies, tours, and organizations to contact.
- Outreach templates, messaging, and training.
- Flexible working hours and a fully remote environment.
- Access to our platform to understand and demonstrate its value.
- Direct collaboration with our founding team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable initiating conversations.
- Interest in golf, junior golf, or college athletics.
- Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer outreach preferred but not required.
- Experience with junior golf, college golf, or golf instruction is a major plus.
Compensation
- $15–$20/hour, depending on experience.
- Performance-based commissions for new paying customers generated through outreach.
- Bonuses for qualified consultations and successful partnerships.
