What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome guests/visitor in a friendly and professional manner

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
[*]
Handle reservations, cancellations, and confirmations.
[*]
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, reservations, and membership details.
[*]
To ensure all billing is sorted according to the bill numbers
[*]
Contribute to the overall positive guest experience by upholding high standards of customer service
[*]
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and registration area.
What we're looking for

Prior experience in a front office or guest services role, preferably within the hospitality industry
[*]
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
[*]
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle guest queries and requests efficiently
[*]
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
[*]
Flexible and dedicated professional available to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules as needed.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate in additional languages preferred
