Guest Relations:

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about golf services, course conditions, and facility amenities.
• Assist with inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.

Reservation Management:

• Manage tee-time reservations and ensure an organized schedule.
• Coordinate with the golf course staff to optimize course utilization and maintain efficient play.
• Handle phone and online reservations promptly and accurately.

Cash Handling:

• Process payments for green fees, rentals, and other golf-related services.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling, record-keeping, and reconciliation at the end of each shift.

Customer Assistance:

• Provide assistance to golfers with equipment rentals, cart assignments, and other service requests.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Communication:

• Relay important information to golfers, such as course rules, safety guidelines, and special events.
• Communicate effectively with the golf course staff to ensure seamless operations.

Pro Shop Support:

• Assist with pro shop sales, including merchandise transactions and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and pro shop area.

Skills:

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• From 0 to 3 Years of Experience
• Knowledge of golf terminology and basic golf etiquette.

• Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software
