A Golf Ranger is responsible for monitoring play on the course to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests. This role focuses on maintaining proper pace of play, enforcing course policies, assisting golfers as needed, and providing courteous customer service throughout the facility.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor pace of play and manage on-course flow to ensure timely rounds
- Enforce golf course rules, safety standards, and etiquette consistently and professionally
- Assist golfers with directions, course information, and general inquiries
- Communicate with the golf shop and course staff regarding course conditions and player needs
- Identify and address potential safety issues or rule violations promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor golfer concerns courteously
- Support course operations during tournaments or special events
- Conduct routine patrols of the course using a golf cart
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for at least 5 hours at a time
- Basic computer skills required
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
