The Murray Bridge Golf Club is situated roughly an hour south-east of Adelaide and features a full 18-hole golf course. The club has recently served as the host for notable PGA events, including the Challenger, Legends, and the South Australian Mid-Amateur tournaments. The clubhouse is fully equipped, offering a kitchen and restaurant, venue hire facilities, a bar, and gaming amenities.

Remuneration and Work/Life Balance
The successful applicant will benefit from a healthy and progressive balance between work and personal life, with a base salary ranging $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, complemented by a 10% bonus once base level retail targets are achieved.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, the Golf Professional will be responsible for the following:
To be considered for the Golf Professional position, candidates must demonstrate the following:
· Achieve KPI targets, improving revenue generation from Golf lessons and programmed activities
· PGA Membership preferably with minimum Certified rating under the PGA ACE Program
PGA Membership with minimum Certified rating under the PGA ACE Program is required at commencement.
The role is centred around the provision of great services from the skill set of a PGA Professional the Club, members and guests.

Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, the Golf Professional will be responsible for the following:
Managing all golf services, including overseeing member and guest play, coordinating corporate events, and running the golf shop.
Providing tuition, full club fitting, and repair services for members and guests during work hours.
Achieving excellence in sales and customer service, with a continuous focus on enhancing the experience in the Pro Shop.
Maintaining accurate records and stock, as well as being responsible for monies collected on behalf of the Club.
Developing and delivering programs specifically for juniors and beginners.
To be considered for the Golf Professional position, candidates must demonstrate the following:
Experience in a comparable role, including Assistant or Associate positions.
Proficiency with IT systems.
Sound knowledge of golf operations, including experience with stock control and managing budgets.
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
Candidates must have Australian work rights.
