The Responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to the following:
- Overseeing multiple operations within a 6-course Resort
- Hiring, training and developing personnel
- Delivering outstanding member/guest/client experiences
- Planning for and executing golf outing and special events
- Enforcing company polices and standard operating procedures
- Ensuring adherence to company safety standards and risk management protocols
- Inspecting facilities for presentation and functionality
- Delivering results and support for resort retail operations
- Participate in all management reporting and accountability functions
- PGA Class A Member
- Possesses at least 5 years of operational experience at busy golf facilities
- Inspired to develop and mentor other staff members
- Adaptable in integrating into a highly departmentalized organization structure
- Able meet deadlines, solve problems, and be held accountable
- Organized with the ability to stay focused amidst distractions
- Attentive to fine details with a proven track-record of upholding high standards
- Quick learner in regards to business systems and technology
- Eager to acquire greater skills, responsibilities and leadership roles
- Literate in accounting, budgeting and finance
- Capable of contributing in the areas of Sales & Marketing
- Basic understanding of agronomy, landscaping and facility management
- Interested and engaged in the area of player development
- Competent with club fitting and instructional skills
