Old Head Golf Links is one of the world’s most iconic courses, dramatically located on a headland in Kinsale, Co. Cork. Recognised for its championship links, first-class hospitality, and international membership, Old Head is dedicated to delivering an unforgettable five-star golf experience.
We are seeking a PGA Professional or recently qualified PGA Professional to join our team for the 2026 season. Reporting to our Director of Golf, this role provides hands-on experience across golf operations, retail, and tournament coordination, in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
This is a seasonal role - April 2026 - October 2026.
Experience Required
[*]Professional, reliable, and motivated with a positive attitude. [*]Passionate about retail and delivering exceptional customer service. [*]A team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach. [*]Strong communication skills and commitment to continuous development.
Essential Responsibilities
[*]Welcome and check in Members and Guests using our POS system. [*]Assist with merchandising, stock rotation, and retail presentation. [*]Deliver excellent service and product recommendations in the Golf Shop. [*]Support daily golf operations, tee times, and tournament administration. [*]Liaise with the caddie programme and on-course player services. [*]Contribute to the organisation of Member and Guest events. [*]Build strong professional relationships with Members and Guests.
