We are now hiring a top-tier PGA Professional Coach to lead from the front.
The Role
This is not a lesson-giving job.
This is about owning player development outcomes.
You will:
- Deliver high-impact, results-driven coaching sessions that fix swing and performance issues within a single session
- Design and lead end-to-end improvement journeys (full game: swing, short game, course management, mental approach)
- Work with all skill levels — from complete beginners to elite amateurs
- Build strong relationships with members and convert sessions into long-term coaching programs
- Bring energy, creativity, and structure into every lesson using drills, technology, and real-time feedback
- Act as a face of the academy, representing excellence, professionalism, and ambition
Who We're Looking ForCore Requirements
- Certified PGA Professional (or equivalent recognized certification)
- Proven coaching track record with measurable player improvement
- Strong ability to diagnose and fix issues quickly
- Highly structured yet adaptable coaching methodology
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a major advantage, additional languages are a plus)
- Willing to relocate to Riyadh and work in a fast-growing, high-performance environment
High-Value Profile (Strong Advantage)
- Experience competing in professional or elite amateur tours
- Tournament wins or notable finishes
- Still actively competing or maintaining a high-level playing standard
- Comfortable coaching using simulator technology and data-driven tools
Coaching & Personality Fit
- Excellent with adults (performance-focused, efficient sessions)
- Patient, engaging, and structured with junior development
- Professional, respectful, and confident when working with female clients
- Deep library of drills and corrective methods for all aspects of the game
- Creative in lesson delivery — no cookie-cutter coaching
Commercial & Academy Mindset
- Strong sales instinct — understands how to convert first sessions into long-term clients
- Able to package and sell coaching programs, memberships, and improvement plans
- Understands the balance between coaching excellence and business growth
