Summary: The Golf Ball Product Management Manager will connect the Titleist Golf Ball organization to the top of the pyramid of influence. Be in tune with the product and performance heartbeat of the PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, KFT, Men's & Women's college games, PGA of America Professionals and top ranked global amateurs. Collaborate with Product Management to write product briefs for Pro V1, Pro V1x and all Custom Performance Options (CPO's). Be the internal go-to source for all things golf balls related to the top of pyramid of influence. Help operate global golf balls business through key Product Management functions.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize extensive knowledge and insight from time with the world's best players to help inform the Titleist golf ball portfolio - inclusive of product briefs, 5-year product planning, CPO's planning, legacy product retirement, decorative advancements and customized performance.
- Perform key Product Management responsibilities, shepherding product from concept through development to launch and retirement. Inclusive of packaging proofing, SKU generation, inventory management, 5-Year Product Plan engagement, global product notes and fitting & education collaboration.
- Drive process with Titleist Golf Ball Creative Team to develop positioning and packaging for new and inline products. Partner with Creative Team to design and product launch assets (commercials, POP, etc.) through coordination with Creative Agency, Media Partners, etc.
- Support key internal initiatives - weekly "Inside the Ropes" note marketing team note, sales meetings and trade show support, specific customer support.
- BS or BA in Marketing, Product Management or Communications.
- 8+ years experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing or Product Management is required with a focus on consumer connection activities.
- Deep golf industry knowledge required.
- This position includes domestic and international travel up to 35% of the time.
- Understanding of, and passion for the game of golf and golf equipment required.
- Highly motivated team player that is data and detail driven with deep appreciation for executional excellence.
