Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with merchandise selection, including golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash handling procedures securely
- Manage retail inventory, restock shelves, and organize displays to enhance shopping experience
- Provide expert advice on golf products, club fitting, and course etiquette to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate and support event management activities such as tournaments or promotional events at the venue
- Enforce safety protocols during outdoor work, manual handling of heavy equipment or merchandise, and food service activities if applicable
- Address guest inquiries promptly, resolve conflicts professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Previous retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience working with children or in hospitality settings is advantageous
- Familiarity with event venue operations or event management is a plus
- Knowledge of safety procedures including first aid and CPR certification preferred
- Outdoor work experience and comfort with manual handling or heavy lifting required
- Strong communication skills for public speaking and guest services roles
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and processing transactions essential
- Background in food service or resort environments beneficial; theater or public speaking experience also valued
