*Job Overview* We are seeking a reliable, alert, and responsible Security Officer to conduct routine security patrols using a golf cart and on foot. The ideal candidate must be dependable, physically capable of walking and standing for extended periods, and willing to actively patrol the assigned property to maintain a safe and secure environment. *We are looking for:* * *Golf Cart Patrol:* Friday from 2pm to 10pm and Saturday - Sunday from 1pm to 9pm *Duties* * Conduct regular security patrols using a golf cart and on foot as required. * Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security concerns. * Maintain a visible security presence throughout the assigned area. * Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and calls for assistance. * Report and document incidents, unusual activity, and policy violations. * Follow all post orders, and security procedures. * Maintain professional communication with guests, employees, and management. * Ensure patrol duties are completed consistently and thoroughly throughout the shift. *Skills* * Strong observational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written. * *You must have a valid Class D License;* * *You must have a valid Driver's License.* * Must be able to read, write and understand English * You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check * You must be able to pass a drug screen * You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility) *How to apply:* 1) Visit our website: and fill out your application. 2) WE ACCEPT WALK INS: · Our schedule for interviews: Monday to Thursday 9am to 12pm & 2:30pm to 4pm, and Friday 9am to 12pm · We are located at 1100 NW 72th, Miami, Fl, 33126 · DRESS ATTIRE IS BUSINESS CASUAL ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE THE HIRING PROCESS AT OUR OFFICE *Join us in making a difference by ensuring safety and security within our community!* Pay: Up to $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
