Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Female Golf Caddie, where your enthusiasm and dedication will enhance the golfing experience for players of all skill levels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love for sports, excellent communication skills, and team spirit in a vibrant outdoor environment. As a key part of our golf operations, you will provide personalized support to golfers, assist with course navigation, and ensure an enjoyable and smooth game for everyone on the course.

Duties

• Escort golfers around the course, providing guidance on hole layouts and course conditions
• Carry golf bags and equipment efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Offer strategic advice or tips based on golf course knowledge when appropriate
• Communicate effectively with players to meet their needs and enhance their experience
• Assist with setting up practice areas and maintaining course cleanliness and safety standards
• Support with basic first aid or CPR if necessary, ensuring player safety at all times
• Collaborate with team members to uphold the highest standards of customer service and course presentation

Experience

• Previous experience in sports coaching, team leadership, or physical education is highly desirable
• Lifeguard experience, swimming skills, or martial arts training demonstrate strong discipline and physical fitness
• Experience working with children or in health clubs/gym environments showcases your ability to engage diverse groups
• Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction such as soccer coaching, basketball, cheerleading, climbing, or judo is a plus
• Certifications in first aid, CPR/AED operation are preferred to ensure safety readiness
• Background in sports team experience or coaching enhances your ability to motivate and communicate effectively
• Proven skills in behavior management and client communication support excellent service delivery
