Who we need:
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and creative team that’s dedicated to delivering quality media services? We are looking for an experienced creative professional who can help us take the weight off our shoulders and manage client relationships & full projects. If you have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow, then this role is perfect for you!
Your main role will be shooting real estate videos and editing them, with a quick turn around time in mind, if this doesn't suit you, please don't apply.
Wondering why we have golf lover on our job title?
We run a indoor golf simulator out of our office in Bridport and part of this role would to be able to manage the golf bookings in-between your editing and daily admin jobs. This isn't compulsory but would be a great advantage if this interest's you. And GREAT FUN if you love golf!

Your Requirements:
- Experience shooting real estate videos
- Able to manage client relationships and full projects by yourself
- Excellent time management & communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow your skillset and responsibilities
- Solid video production and editing skills
- Able to fly a drone
- Being a natural with tech and computers (+ owning one)
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to take feedback constructively & learn quickly
- Happy to travel in your own reliable car.
BONUS Requirements:
- Strong passion for golf
- Strong admin skillset (project management, book keeping)
- Experience running your own (or managing a) business
- Social media content creation and management experience
- Passion for marketing & psychology
- Solid IT Skills
- Systems & Processes creation
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Start shadowing our team on photo + video production and post-production
- Later transition into managing full shoots and clients yourself
- Handle client communication and project management
- Planning, shooting, and editing photo and video content
- Continuous learning and improving your skillsets and our editing processes
