Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Marshal to join our team. As a Marshal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and assist with various duties throughout the facility. Duties: - Provide excellent guest services by greeting and assisting visitors - Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff - Monitor and enforce facility rules and regulations - Assist with crowd control during busy periods or events - Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner - Conduct routine patrols to ensure the facility is secure - Assist with emergency situations, including evacuations if necessary - Perform cash handling duties as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred - Experience working with children is a plus - Strong public speaking and communication skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internships.
