Outside Services Attendant (Part-Time)

The Palisades Country Club is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Outside Services Attendant to join our golf operations team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, providing exceptional member service, and being part of a team that creates a welcoming experience for every golfer.
As an Outside Services Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our members and guests enjoy a first-class experience from arrival to departure by maintaining the practice facilities, staging golf carts, and assisting with daily golf operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily play.
- Assist golfers by loading and unloading golf bags.
- Maintain the practice facility, including picking the driving range and replenishing golf balls.
- Keep the cart barn, bag storage areas, and staging areas clean and organized.
- Monitor the pace of play and assist golfers as needed.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the golf course entrance and surrounding areas.
- Provide outstanding customer service while supporting the Golf Operations team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Previous golf course or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Ideal availability includes:
- Tuesday through Sunday afternoons (12:00 PM until sundown)
- Weekend mornings as needed
