POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
To ensure proper service to all members and their guests while at the club.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Preparation/operation 80+ carts per course
· Operation of bag storage
· Set-up practice facility operations
· Make bag tags upon request
· Starter/Ranger duties when needed
· Service members after completion of play
· Perform any minor club repairs as requested
· Keep work area clean and orderly at all times
· Any work deemed necessary by management and members
· Must demonstrate a positive attitude at all times
· Must provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers
* Member relations: greeting members/guests upon their arrival at the club
Working Conditions
· Lifting heavy boxes and majority of the workday spent standing.
· Inclement weather, weekends and holidays may be required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
· Golf Operations experience preferred, but not required
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
· Directly To: Director of Golf & 1st Assistant
