Position Overview:
The Town of Castle Rock has outstanding opportunities for Outside Service Attendants at an award winning public course, Red Hawk Ridge. Reporting to the Golf Operations Supervisor and Assistant Golf Professionals, the Outside Service Attendants will be responsible for the daily cart and range operation. Duties include staging carts in the morning and cleaning/parking carts in the evening, picking up range balls on the driving range and assisting golfers throughout the day. Exceptional customer service, communication skills and demonstrated commitment to quality programs are required. One-year experience in outside service operations preferred. They will perform duties in a manner consistent with the stated values of the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Age Requirement: Must be 16 years or older
Experience: Familiarity with Golf and six (6) months' previous outside service operation experience and/or customer service experience is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.

- Greets customers and answers basic questions regarding play and services available at the course.
- Stages golf carts for players.
- Cleans and details carts after use.
- Parks and secures carts when not in use.
- Picks up and cleans range balls from the driving range. Ensures range ball dispenser is stocked with range balls.
- Keeps parking lot, clubhouse grounds and cart barn clean and free of debris.
- Monitors golf cart conditions and notifies supervisor of any maintenance needs.
- Assists starter with ensuring that all groups get to the first tee on schedule.
- May help train new Outside Services Attendants.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.
