Full job description
Purpose of Job:
To play an active role in all Outside services for the club which include golf cart/golf barn attendant, practice range attendant, and the facilitation of members golf bags to and from the parking area and care and delivery of golf bag storage
Responsibilities:
· Continually provide high level of service to members and guests
· Retrieve golf bags from storage and load on golf cars or staging area
· Clean golf clubs for members at conclusion of round of golf or at their request
· Stage and transport range balls at all times of day
· Operate range picker on range to retrieve balls
· Stage golf cars for use at beginning of and throughout the day
· Return golf cars to wash area for cleaning at conclusion of use: remove trash, pencils, and scorecard, pressure wash carts, dry, restock, and pull in barn for recharge
· Clean golf car barn and maintain on regular basis
· Empty trash from Driving Range, Bag Room and Cart Barn on daily basis
· Detail golf cars as instructed
· Greet arriving members and guests, by name, if possible, with energy and great attitude
· Have working knowledge of activities and functions
· Occasionally answer the golf shop telephone when needed
· Pick up trash, empty trash when full, sweep, any basic upkeep around Golf Shop and Bag room.
Job qualifications:
Golf experience preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
