This is a great opportunity to join a professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic team at one of the finest private family-oriented golf facilities in Central New York. Located in the Syracuse eastern suburb of Manlius, the Cavalry Club has been one of the area’s premiere golf facilities since opening in 1965. *Outside Services:* This is one of our most important positions. You will have first contact with our members and their guests as they arrive on property. We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly, and outgoing people to greet golfers and assist them with their clubs when they arrive and again as they leave. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Greeting Members and their Guests as they arrive * Keep cart staging area clean and filled with carts * Keep the driving range area stocked with balls and neat at all times * Pick the range when needed * Setting up, cleaning, and storing golf bags * Communicate with the Pro Shop staff for tee sheet and billing accuracy * Washing and keeping carts clean and stocked with supplies We are looking to fill shifts on Monday, Thursday and Friday evenings. Opportunity for expanded roll for successful candidates next Spring. The “must haves” for this position include: * Energetic, outgoing friendly person happy talking with all types of people * You don’t have to be a golfer, but general understanding of the game is a plus. * Able to lift golf bags (up to 50lbs) * Monday availability is a must (Outing days) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Variable based on Experience.
