A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
When working in outside operations, your primary responsibility will be to provide our members with the best customer service, within a fast-paced, upscale, private facility. You will have the opportunity to receive mentoring for your success in the PGM program and gain valuable experience. You will greet member golfers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner upon their arrival at the club. You will be providing information on club policies and procedures, upcoming events, and play rules for the day. You will retrieve golf bags from members'/guests ' cars or storage and ensure all golf bags are properly tagged, cataloged, and stored in the correct bag storage slots. You will wash golf carts, clean members' clubs upon the conclusion of play, practice facility duties, keep the outside area in good working order, and assist in tournament operations. JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background as a golfer/caddie is helpful
- Requires a valid driver's license
- Position requires significant walking, lifting, bending, and standing
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Maintain a pleasant and outgoing personality
- Exhibit professionalism
- Must be in compliance with a Drug-Free Workplace
