Full job description
The Golf Operation at Worcester Country Club is essential to the success of our team and the first point of contact for arriving members and guests. Team Members should:

• Golf knowledge or experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Have an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Demonstrate good work ethic day to day.
• Be able to work 30-40 hours a week, with a potential for weekends and holidays.
• Need to be available a minimum of 3 mornings per week.
• Be flexible in their work schedule.
• Have the ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds.
• Be comfortable with standing and working outside for long periods of time.
• A valid drivers license is required.

Golf Operations members will earn pooled tips on a daily basis. They will also be granted privileges to use the golf course and practice facility. Team members will also receive staff meals during their shift and will receive a holiday bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
