*Job Overview* Tee Time Nexus — Mooresville, NC Tee Time Nexus is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Golf Simulator Operations & Sales Associate to help run our indoor golf facility. This person should have a strong understanding of golf, be comfortable operating golf simulator technology, and be able to work independently. Responsibilities * Operate and monitor the golf simulator bays and facility independently * Assist customers with simulator setup, gameplay, bookings, and general questions * Have a solid understanding of golf rules, terminology, clubs, and basic swing concepts * Troubleshoot common simulator, technology, and customer issues * Answer phone calls, text messages, and customer inquiries professionally * Manage customer check-ins, bookings, and facility operations * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility * Help customers understand membership options and convert inquiries into memberships or bookings * Develop and pursue corporate, group, and event sales opportunities * Build relationships with local businesses, companies, golf groups, and organizations * Help coordinate corporate events, group outings, and private bookings * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally * Monitor the facility and ensure customers follow safety and operating procedures * Work independently with minimal supervision What We’re Looking For * Strong knowledge and understanding of golf * Comfortable using technology and learning new simulator systems * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers * Strong sales and relationship-building skills * Professional and friendly personality * Self-motivated and dependable * Able to troubleshoot problems and think independently * Previous golf, hospitality, sales, or simulator experience is a must Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week Experience: * Golf: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
