Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high quality coffee and refreshments with consistency
- Welcome customers, manage check-ins, and handle bookings with confidence
- Set up Trackman simulators and assist new users
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation across the venue
- Handle in-person, phone, and email enquiries professionally
- Support wider Sigmoid initiatives across events, coaching, and member experience
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely good with people and thrives in a role with autonomy.
- Barista experience is not essential but must be learned (training provided)
- Flexible availability preffered but not necessary.
- Strong communicator with a warm, engaging presence
- Proactive and solution driven - you see what needs doing and take initiative
- Mature, reliable, and comfortable representing a premium brand
- Interest in golf is a bonus
- Commercially minded - understands that great service drives repeat business
- Thrives in a growing start-up environment where responsibilities evolve
