Lead the day-to-day Golf Operations team, ensuring exceptional service for members and guests.
Oversee the golf shop, outside services, locker rooms and daily tee sheet operations.
Drive retail performance through merchandising, inventory control and stock management.
Plan and deliver golf events, tournaments and member activities to the highest standard.
Develop, coach and motivate the Golf Operations team while maintaining Troon's service standards.
Build strong relationships with members, guests and corporate clients, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Work closely with the Golf Course Maintenance, F&B, Membership and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless operation.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue and the overall golf experience.
