Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the Membership administration and experience department, ensuring the timely collection of all pending annual dues and compliance issues attached.
  • Oversees the Membership Sales of annual memberships as per company direction.
  • Enhances the membership experience through a calendar of social events at the club.
  • Responsible for the Golf Department as per the Golf Operations Manager's JD.
  • Coordinates with all academies to ensure key KPI’s are met and achieved.
  • Oversees the Spa and leisure department. ensuring the operator meets the measured KPI’s.
  • Oversees all 3rd party operators at the club to ensure KPI’s are being achieved.
  • Coordinates with all departments to ensure TROON standards are implemented.
  • Assists in the development and day-to-day tracking of the budget and business plan. Helps control expenses relative to revenues.
  • Creates a customer service-oriented atmosphere within the club. Ensures that associates provide a high level of customer service.
  • Works closely with all the heads of department daily to ensure timely communication and to establish a good working relationship.
  • Prepares work schedules and assigns associates areas of responsibility.
  • Assists General Manager in monitoring the success of all departments and department associates, including semi-annual performance reviews, as needed.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Provides leadership and vision to all staff, building people, and preparing them for career advancement.
  • Focused on growing the game of golf within the community and submits key strategies to achieve this.
  • Introduces school programs and shows willingness by taking the game to the schools.
  • Manages HOD’s and departments according to the organizational chart.
  • Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate. Develops ongoing training programs.
  • Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs, and other expenses.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of progressive professional experience within a related industry.
  • Advanced numerical literacy with a proven ability to apply complex mathematical concepts to business scenarios.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a track record of navigating and resolving multifaceted challenges.
  • High-level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and technical environments.
