We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Golf Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and enhance the golfing experience. This is a key role for an individual with a deep understanding of golf operations and a commitment to delivering unparalleled member satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The Golf Operations Manager is a dynamic role and will provide support to a range of day-to-day golf operations tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Competition & Golf Management: Plan, execute, and manage all golf competitions and events, ensuring seamless operations and a positive experience for all participants. This includes hire equipment management and golf cart coordination.
  • Timesheet & Booking Management: Maintain efficient timesheet and booking systems, optimising course utilisation and member access.
  • Administration: Oversee handicap management through our golf booking system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governing regulations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse booking trends and member data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide insightful reports to management.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate effectively with the General Manager and other departments to achieve strategic goals and foster a positive work environment.
  • Club Management: Deliver a seamless and memorable experience to members and the public.
Key Skills and Expertise:
  • Golf industry and management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple golf events and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members and public.
