Position Purpose:
The Golf Operations Manager will organize and coordinate golf services and events, ensuring exceptional service standards throughout the department. Working closely with the General Manager/Director of Golf, this role is dedicated to enhancing the member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Train and oversee new and existing staff
Schedule the golf operations team according to bookings and events
Coordinate and manage daily golf operations, delivering 5-star member services
Oversee daily operations setup, including carts, practice facilities, and halfway house, to the highest standards
Ensure an exceptional golfing experience from arrival to departure
Assist the Director of Golf with competition management and handicapping as required
Occasionally assist in the Pro Shop, though the main focus is on external service
Ensure day-to-day compliance with WHS obligations
