Job Description: **Descripción**: **Are you enthusiastic about the golf industry?** A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join Abama Golf, on a full-time basis, as a Golf Operations Manager. In this role you will play an integral part of the golf operations team, by leading and supervising the team, to ensure the smooth delivery of all aspects of the day-to-day golf operation and ensure exceptional service delivery to our golfing guests. Abama Golf Club offers one of the most impressive clubs in Canary Islands and Spain. Boasting a Dave Thomas designed championship golf course and has hosted many prestigious events including European Tour, LET and hosted corporate events. Alongside the golf course, we offer a world-class practice facility. You will be an enthusiastic person, possessing a solid guest relation ethos, have well rounded business and organisational skills to naturally tie in with your passion for the game of golf that will help you to develop our golf offering by establishing new KPI’s that review past performances against your new targets to ensure that all business goals are met. **Purpose of Role**: - To support the smooth and effective day to day running of all golfing activities - Consistently focus on delivering an exceptional experience - Assist in leading the Proshop and Outside Golf Operations team to ensure high team morale and an elevated level of customer service - Assist in the management of the F&B service - Communicate and work alongside the Golf Shop and Professional Team to ensure effective communication and consistency between Golf Departments. - To maintain standards and consistency of delivery of service as directed and in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the department - Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned individual tasks **Qualifications and experience required for this role**: - Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills - Be capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines - Possess good customer service skills, be friendly and personable - Self-motivated with the desire to promote and market - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both Spanish and English.
