We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Golf Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at Queens Park Golf Course. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great on-course experiences, supporting golf operations, and engaging with the local community.
This position will be required to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster.

Key Responsibilities
You will hit the ground running, providing exceptional operational coordination across the golf business with accountability for;
Leading outstanding customer experience
Leading the casual Golf Operations team
Managing sales, POS system and financial reporting
Stock management and ordering
Facility management & maintenance
Workplace health and safety
Organisation & facilitation of events
Handling feedback & conflict resolution
Ideally you possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
Golf operations and/or industry experience
Proven golf and business systems experience
Proven leadership experience or desire to step-up into a leadership role.
Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
Proven ability to work and achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced, active environment
Proven business and financial acumen
Proven contractor and stakeholder relationship building & management
Energetic and vibrant approach
Current National Police check, Working with Children check and First Aid & CPR qualifications
PGA qualification advantageous but not essential
