Golf Operations & Hospitality Coordinator - Gardiners Run Golf Course
Gardiners Run Golf Course, the golf site of Chirnside Park Country Club, is situated in Lilydale and comprises of a challenging yet entertaining 18 hole golf course welcoming members and visitors plus café/bar and function space.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated & enthusiastic (full-time) Golf & Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will share the Club’s progressive and welcoming mindset in all facets of the operation and be committed to working within a team to deliver exceptional golf and hospitality experiences to all members, guests and visitors. Importantly, you will display a vibrant and positive attitude and thrive in a diverse and constantly evolving environment.

Duties of the Golf and Hospitality Coordinator include but are not limited to:
· Implementing the Club’s golf competitions and events program;
· Preparation and completion of golf competition results;
· Preparation and maintenance of electronic golf booking timesheets maximising visitation and yield opportunities;
· Actively support the Club’s membership offering by responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, converting leads and assist the new member induction process;
· Oversee portfolio of social and trade group bookings including promotion, booking, confirmation and communication with such groups;
· Operating Point of Sale, processing payments and reconciliation;
· Contribute to content creation for social media marketing platforms;
· Promotion and implementation of effective retail strategies and merchandising of product range;
· Promotion of green fee play opportunities and bookings;
· Promotion and delivery of food and beverage offering;
· Provision of motorised cart fleet for hire ensuring presentation standards are met;
Essential Criteria
· Excellent customer service, presentation and communication skills;
· A motivated and enthusiastic attitude that will positively influence the team;
· Knowledge of the golf including competition formats;
· Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification;
· Food Handling Certification;
· Working with Children Check
· Ability and willingness to work during peak periods including some weekend and public holidays.
Desired Criteria
· Experience working with Mi Club competition and booking software;
