Take a leading role with our dynamic team at the North Adelaide Golf course. As the Golf Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional golfing experiences.
In this role, you will support all course visitors, encouraging repeat visits and attracting new guests. Collaborating closely with other staff and volunteers, you’ll ensure every visitor receives consistent, high-level customer service.
As part of the City Culture Program, the Golf Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day growth, development, and efficient operations of golf services at the course.
This includes motivating and supervising employees to ensure pre-set targets are achieved. You will work in partnership with the Team Leader, Golf Business Operations to ensure resourcing across the course meets operational demands.
The Golf Operations Coordinator works in collaboration with the Work Group Leader Horticultural Golf Business Operations to ensure the delivery and improvement of customer safety, customer service standards, event management, and general presentation of the facility.

The course has seen significant round and revenue growth over the last few years and is about to launch some exciting improvements including enhanced food and beverage offerings and new branding.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in the coordination and management of golf retail, trade, and corporate events
- Understanding of Golf Course and Pro Shop operations
- Sound knowledge of rules and etiquette of golf
- Demonstrated experience in Tee Time Management.
- Experience in coordinating golf activities for social, competition, corporate, and trade day functions
