About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Golf, the Golf Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of Golf Operations while assisting in providing exceptional service to members, guests and visitors. This position works closely with the Director of Golf to coordinate daily operations, support Golf Operations Assistants and contribute to the successful delivery of competitions, golf events and retail operations.
The role is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role who is eager to learn, develop professionally and build a long-term career within the golf industry.

Key Responsibilities
The Golf Operations Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of operational duties, including but not limited to:
Support the Golf Operations Assistants.
Coordinate the daily operation of competitions, tee sheets and golf bookings.
Assist with the planning and delivery of Board events, corporate golf days, Golf Australia events, pennant competitions and other Club golf events.
Coordinate golf equipment fitting and demonstration days with suppliers.
Assist with monthly stocktakes, inventory control and retail merchandising.
Assist with maintaining the Club's MiClub website, including competition information, tee sheets, member communications and online bookings.
Support the Director of Golf and Golf Professionals in the delivery of coaching programs, clinics and member initiatives.
Ensure Golf Operations policies, procedures and service standards are consistently maintained.
Foster a positive, professional and member-focused culture within Golf Operations.
Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests and visitors.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
A genuine passion for golf and delivering outstanding customer service.
Previous experience in golf operations or the golf industry.
Sound knowledge of the Rules of Golf and golf competition administration.
Experience using MiClub software (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
