GOLF OPERATIONS ATTENDANT - Dent Island
It is a very exciting time for Hamilton Island with the world-class Hamilton Island Golf Club on Dent Island, designed by five times British Open winner Peter Thomson, bringing another dimension to the island experience. As a Golf Operations Attendant you will be responsible for the full golfing experience of a guest at the championship course. You will greet guests on arrival at the course, assist with clubs and golf cart hire, provide information about the course and facilities, farewell the guest on departure and maintain, clean and manage all of the golf carts on the course.

As a Golf Operations Attendant you will be responsible for the full golfing experience of a guest at the championship course. You will greet guests on arrival at the course, assist with clubs and golf cart hire, provide information about the course and facilities, farewell the guest on departure and maintain, clean and manage all of the golf carts on the course.

- Assist with golf clubs, fitting shoe hire, hire clubs and buggy requirements
- Manage guest transfers to and from the club house and jetty
- Cleaning and washing of golf clubs, shoes, balls and buggies as well as checking for any damage
- Caddying and marshalling when required

To be successful, you will need
- A love and passion for golf and customer service
- 1 year experience in Golf Operations
- Excellent personal presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised and the confidence to interact with all guests
- Must have a Queensland open driver’s licence
