Title: Golf Operations Attendant Reports to: Golf Services Supervisor Job Type: Full Time Seasonal Location: Inverness, Nova Scotia, B0E 1N0
Position Overview The Golf Operations Attendant will play a key role in ensuring the success of a variety of areas within the golf operation. Working closely alongside the Golf Services Supervisors (GSS), the Golf Operations Attendant is expected to maintain and exceed the world-class service standards at Cabot Cape Breton while assisting resort guests during their entire golf experience.

• Equipment Management: This role may involve handling golf clubs, carts, and other equipment. Enjoy taking care of golf equipment, ensuring it is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Flexibility: Be adaptable and versatile, as the position requires you to perform a variety of tasks to support the overall golf operation
• Outdoor environment: Relish the opportunity to work outdoors, even in varying weather conditions. Enjoy being active and helping ensure a smooth golfing experience for players.

Preferred qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence and provide a clear driver’s abstract
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Enthusiastic, positive, authentic, engaging, and high energy
• Excellent grooming and personal appearance standards

Requirements of the role you should be aware of:

• Based on the nature of our business and the service we provide to our guests, to work with us, you must consent to a criminal background check as a condition of employment and an additional criminal background check every two years.
• As a seasonal resort business, you can anticipate a schedule that will involve day, evening, night, and weekend work.
• Long hours moving around, walking, sitting, standing, and crouching while performing other duties is to be expected.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and otherwise moving luggage, golf clubs, and objects up to 50 lbs in weight
