Overview

The Golf Operations Associate is responsible for staging and storing golf carts, providing various golf-related services, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all golfers.
Experience Required
- Golf knowledge or experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Have an outgoing and friendly personality - a proven team player who enjoys engaging with people.
- Demonstrate good work ethic.
- Be able to work 15-35 hours a week, with weekend and holiday availability.
- Need to be comfortable with some shifts starting as early as 6am or ending as late as 9pm.
- Be flexible in their work schedule and able to work October.
- Have the ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds.
- Be comfortable with standing and working outside for long periods of time.
- Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, offering golf course etiquette suggestions, and providing post-round support, including cleaning clubs and delivering them to cars as needed.
- Build positive relationships with members through attentive and courteous interaction.
- Clean, stage, and park golf carts to standards and ensure proper charging.
- Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Greet and assist members to ensure a welcoming, service-oriented experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and external spaces such as the parking lot and pro shop entrance.
- Perform bag room duties, including handling, cleaning, and storing golf clubs.
- Pick the driving range, clean golf balls, and maintain range presentation.
